IPod touch keyboard problem? - ipod letter example

When using Safari or another program that requires the keyboard to work an open refuse some tickets. For example, if the iPod is vertical, the letters T, C, G and F will not work. When the iPod is horizontal, the first row of the keys do not work at all. I have tried to restore, and it does not solve the problem. I have Jailbroken my iPod, either, so I know there is a problem that has to do with it. If someone found a solution to this problem or has the same problem, please let me know!
