How do you get the smoke smell out of my apartment? I'm not talking about Cigarrettes.? - talking smoke detectors

Last night, my friend fell asleep with the stove on high and the fat for cooking chicken that has begun to burn, and I woke up and get the alarm out of our apartment filled with smoke. Now all I can, the smell of burning fat. Has anyone had smoke damage to your home, and if so, how can you smell? Nothing Help plz. I have tried Fbreeze, Freshners environment, etc.. they only mask odor. If someone can help, I appreciate it. Thank you!
